Hi,
I am running on a 64-bit version of SAS from a remote system. I received these error messages:
ERROR: Invalid Operation.
ERROR: Termination due to Floating Point Exception
when trying to run the code below.
PROC genmod data=glm.training;
class term(ref='0-30');
MODEL LC = term /DIST=TWEEDIE(P=1.5) TYPE3;
run;
glm.training data set has 1.1M observations. term is categorized into '0-30', '31-49', '50-120'. LC is ranged between 0 and 41334. It is very strange that this piece of code gives model output when runs in a subset of glm.training with 277K observations, but gives error messages when runs in glm.training.
Can anyone please help to work around it?
Thanks.
i'm not sure, but it this relevant: http://support.sas.com/kb/46/318.html
Thank you for your post. But I don't think that's the issue.
