ERROR: File WORK.VARDAYS_TEMP_PRE.DATA is damaged. I/O processing did not complete.

In my program , 3 datasets are created and it is combined to a single data set. and VDA_MNR having bit huge records. I'm getting the below error 

data vardays_temp_pre;
	set vda_eni
		vda_cns
		vda_mnr;
run;

How can I overcome this error?
