ERROR: Email : The connection was reset by a peer.

Filename outmail email
Type='TEXT/HTML'
Subject="test"
TO=("abc@mail.com")
FROM="xyz@mail.com";

Data _null_;
File outmail;
put "<body>";
Put "<p>HI<p>";
put "<body>";
Run;

When i run the above code ..we get the below error:

Error: Email: The connection was reset by a peer

Is this related to SAS? And how to fix it?
