I have a role column similar to below:

 

Manager

_Tester_Team

_Research_Team

Supervisor

_Helper_Team

 

How do I drop only the the first character if it begins with an underscore "_" ?

 

Final output:

Manager

Tester_Team

Research_Team

Supervisor

Helper_Team

Did those underscores come from import from EXCEL.  If so I would fix in EXCEL.
