Driving distance between postal codes in The Netherlands

I am looking for the best way to calculate the driving distance between postal codes in the Netherlands. 

What would be the best way to go about this problem?

Do you want to calculate the real driving distance, like it is done in a navigation system, or take the center of one postal code area and calculate the distance to the center of another postal code area?

The link that @art297 provided will be your best shot at doing something like that. Calculating driving times and espically routes on a turn by turn basis is a hard problem which is best solved by consuming an api like the one provided by Google Maps.
