Does it exist a way to know all the tables in input to a complex SAS Enterprise Guide Project?

If you store your project in a metadata folder I would guess you could use BI Lineage. I haven't tried it myself though.

BI LIneage? I've never tried, too.

Best solution would be a piece of SAS code to interrogate project metadata and get the list of the EGuide nodes of the project, with their parameters.
