Does anybody know a way to access the RWI (ODSOUT) from within PROC DS2?

Does anybody know a way to access the DATA step Report Writing Interface (RWI) (ODSOUT) from within PROC DS2 or FCMP?  I have tried many things but cannot find a path.  DS2 nor FCMP seem to recognize the ODSOUT object.

I am not surprised. Neither FCMP nor DS2 purport to support all the data step's features.
