Is there a way to disable the mouse wheel when the focus is on a combo box in an AF frame?

I don't think there is any way to disable it.  This is from Tech Support and another user who was trying to disable the mouse wheel:

I did some research on your Combo Box issue when scrolling around with the mouse wheel and there really is nothing that SAS or AF can do to control the default behaviors that you are seeing.
