Different Between SAS 8.2 and SAS 9.3

Is there any document which would highlight the difference in SAS 8.2 and 9.3 which can be used for preparing presentation to senior management.

There are a lot of "What's new..." documentation. And lot of papers presented on a bunch of SAS Global Forums.

Which products do you use? On what level are management? I believe that the level of support from SAS on old versions is an important issue for management...?
