Hi SAS Folks,

I am a beginner starting to learn SAS and I am using the SAS studio university edition for self learning.

I came across SAS studio hinted me OPTION and OPTIONS when I tried to input some codes.

May I know if these two global statements are the same?

Thanks!

Either will work but OPTIONS is the correct statement key word.

SAS attempts to correct spelling errors when reasonable. While you will get a warning message, you could use POTION instead and SAS would figure it out.
