Deleting observations

Hi,

One of the variable I am using in my analysis have the following values; Admin, Unknown, GP, Nurse.

I want to delete observations where the values for this variable are 'Admin' and 'Unknown' and keep the other two.

How do I write the code please?

where variable not in ('Admin','Unknown');

or as a dataset where condition, in a subsetting if, or as a SQL where condition.
