But I'm guessing you mean some functionality except from deleting one at the time...?
So please describe your requirement and constraints in more detail.

Hello,
I need to delete 600 users from Management Console. I want to know if there is a way to put all 600 users into a csv or txt file and somehow to make a program or a macro that read from that file and delete the users.

I don't have ready made code for this but below documentation should give you a good starting point:

The user sync process also deletes users not in source (LDAP) but in Metadata so you should be able to find the code sections for deletion and then just use another source as input for users to be deleted.
