Dates comparing

Hello guys I am new here. I want to create a flag when two dates variables in mmddyyyy are less than 4 weeks or more than 5 weeks. Thank you!

1. Sample of what you HAVE( Input dataset)

2. Sample of what you WANT(Output dataset)

3. A Brief explanation of the logic to to derive the results.

"Week" can be a tad flexible in meaning. So provide details of how you consider a week. Exactly 7 days regardless of day of the week or do numbers of Sundays (or Saturdays or Mondays, what ever you consider the start of a week may be) get involved?
