Dataset validate through Pinnacle

Hi All,

How we need to validate the dataset when it had huge data through pinnacle. 

For example - I have LB dataset with 5Lakhs of data, when I am tried to validate its show a error pop up and even tried with splits but no idea how to validate the splits data sets in pinnacle.
