Dash line problem

Hi,

These are the colums in rtf file and i have to print those dash line below and above. I am unable to print the below line. Can any one please help me in getting that below dash line ??

Also you could try style=journal   or  style={ borderbottomcolor=black }

The option you want is borderXYZstyle=dotted, where XYZ is the location = top, bottom, right, left:
