I'm using SAS 9.4 and this is first time I'm using DQGENDER to identify gender from name. Here is the code:
data sample1; set sample;
gender = dqGender(name, 'Gender', 'ENUSA');
run;
The code returns the following error.
"ERROR 68-185: The function DQGENDER is unknown, or cannot be accessed."
Not sure what I missing. Any help is appreciated.

Run PROC SETINIT to check if you have it licensed.

Thank you for pointing that out. I don't have it installed.
