I've been using the code below to add error bars to a graph. limitstat seems to only accept CLM, STDDEV, STDERR as an argument. How can I add custom "error bars"? For example, a percentage of the mean, etc.
proc sgplot data=mydata;
vline variable1 / response=variable2 stat=mean limitstat=clm markers;
run;
First thing is you would need variables with the desired limit values added to your data set.
Then you can overlay another plot like SCATTER that allows you to specify the limits of the error bar(s) by using the YERRORLOWER and YERRORUPPER options to specify the variable (or the X axis versions if needed) and the ERRORBARATTRS to control appearance of the actual bars.
