Creating a new dataset with only certain values of a variable

I have a dataset of orchestra profiles. Each athlete has a positionID that is a numerical value numbered 1-22. I want to create a new datset with positions 1-5 and 14-16. I've figured out how to do this with just one position number but can't figure out how to create a dataset with all values. 

So far I have:

data skilled_members;

set profiles;

where positionID = 1;

run;

When I try to expand this line "where positionID = 1;" to include all the position numbers I get all sorts of errors.

Can someone help?

where positionID=1 or positionID=2 or.....;

where positionID in (1:22); *for integers only;

where 1<=positionID<=22;
