Creating Multiple Rows base on comma separated values

Hi All,

I've a table like 

data have;
	input id b $ c $;
	cards;
1 a,b b,c,g
2 d,b,c k,g,h,b
;
run;

I want to create new table as mention below . Separator will be conman between two values.
