Create or Export a Service Descriptor from MAS Service

Hi,

Anyone created a Service Descriptor for a Micro Analytics Service? I'm certainly not an expert on this topic but still have to deliver a Descriptor file to the developers of the calling system to the Online service that we (SAS developers) published to MidTier.

Searched Support and Web, I realize there are products with that function built in och tools you can install. Not an option, have SAS only.

MAS is using JSON code and REST calls. Is there any way of using SAS to produce the Descriptor file, just reading the Service from MAS or any other way? You may also share what the heck the Descriptor file is used for since everyone seems to know already and that is not a topic to dissuss.
