Create caslib to URI

Hello,

SAS VIYA 3.5

Would anyone know if in SAS VIYA 3.5 we can define a path caslib to a URI. 

For example I have tried the code below but the path has not been resolved.    

caslib mytest datasource=(srctype="path") path="/folders/folders/6ca94f80-ca71-40ea-ac99-ba14fc7f772d";
libname mytest cas;

Are there any other options which can be used with caslib statment so that it can be linked to an URI?
