My data:

ID  number treatment 

1   14          Placebo

2    20         Placebo

3    10         Active

4     15        Active

 

Want a variable that looks like "number (treatment)".  For example, 14 (Placebo), 20 (Placebo), 10 (Active), 15 (Active).  This will be added to the dataset above (4th column).
