Hi guys! I have a question about creating a line at the bottom of the report using Proc Report.

break after ord1/skip;
compute before ord1;
line @1 80*"  ";
endcomp;
compute after _page_;
line @1 80*"_";
endcomp;
run;
ods pdf close;

here is my code:

and this table is quite long and has 2 pages, after running this code, I have line in each page at the bottom of table, while I only want one line in the bottom of whole table.

Try to replace your last compute block by following (removing  _page_):

			compute after ;
				line @1 80*'__';
			endcomp;

or just

		compute after / style=[bordertopcolor=black bordertopwidth=1pt];
			line ' ';
		endcomp;

compute after _page_ does likely insert line at the end of every page.
