Hello,
How can I create a variable called "biological age" from a scatter plot and residual value. I have chronological age variable.
Typically it is next to impossible to reliably get values from pictures. So I am not sure whether having examples would help.
You would also have to define how "biological" age varies from "chronological" age.
Can you show us any examples of actual values?
Am sorry I did not frame my question well. After doing more studies and research I think what am trying to ask is creating a predictor of chronological age from a log.regression, and this will be the biological age. Is that right?

You still haven't explained the difference between "chronological age" and "biological age". Furthermore, this seems like a question you should be asking a subject matter expert, not us.
Residual value from a model? What model? (Be specific and detailed)
How does it relate to your question about creating a variable called "biological age"?
