Count function in dataset

Hi,

I have the following table:

col1	dis1	dis2	dis3	DIS	VisCode	Vis	InCode	In
1
2	3			Y			2	Y
3					6	Y
4		5		Y
5							5	Y
6
7			7	Y

I want to write a code to return number of "Y"s for each column.

For example the output should be something like this:

DIS:3

Vis:1

In:2
