Copy file from CAS server to SPRE

Hi Community,

do you know the way to copy a csv file from CAS server to SPRE? We would like to copy file like FCOPY does, importing content to table is not an option. 

Filename and FCOPY don't support CAS servers. 

The goal:

copy user@casserver:/<path>/<filename>.csv  to user@spreserver:/<path>/<filename>.csv

I have no experience with this but it would seem to me from the descriptions the process would probably be:

Start SPRE session/program.

-> Connect to CAS session

---> Download file from CAS session to SPRE session.

Sort of like how you would have used SAS/Connect in the past to get access to a file that existed on a different server that was running SAS.
