Converting sas7bdat files to xpt files for FDA submission

Hi,

I am just wondering if there is an inbuilt or auto macro in sas to convert sas7bdat files to .xpt files. 

How do we convert multiple sas7bdat files to xpt files from a directory.

whcih one of these procedures is efficient to create XPT files for FDA submission, proc copy or proc cport. Please advise.
