Converting oracle sql to sas proc sql

Hi,

I need help in converting the below line of oracle code into sas proc sql... your help will be highly appreciated..please note that n01 is column name

decode(nvl(n01,-99),-99,'V0','V01') as "tax code"

This should do it:

case
  when coalesce(n01,-99) = -99
  then 'V0'
  else 'V01'
end as tax_code
