Converting HTML with embedded image to Native Excel Format

Can ODS Excel or Excel Tagsets produce native excel files with embedded images per cell?

Excel itself is very bad at keeping images in cells.

So do you want SAS to size cells, and push images. and hope that they fit, and that Excel will not mess up anything?

If that's the case, maybe I should stick with RTF instead.

RTF would be a safer and more predictable option.
