Chaning how often I receive e-mails of groups I am following

I tried to change my preferences (under preferences) to receiving e-mail summaries to once a week but it doesn't seem to work.  How can I change my preferences to get summaries of groups I am following to only once a week?

Are you getting emails at all?  Is it every day?  I can change your setting for you, but was surprised to see it set to 'never' because it sounds as if you are getting email.  I want to record the setting as a bug if that is the case.
