Changing start time

Hi i have a table thst has tickets that are open thru out the day . I need to change the start time if ticket was open after hrs 11:00 pm and default to 8:00am tnext day ..
The data looks like this
Id. Start. End
W 07/01/2018 20:26:28. 07/02/2018 09:00:00

Need data to look like this

ID. Start. End
W 07/01/2018 08:00:00. 07/02/2018 09:00:00

Do you have an example that actually meets your description?  This example was submitted at 8:30 p.m., not after 11 p.m.  And the starting time gets changed to be earlier on the same day, not the next day.
