Is there a way to capture and save as a database the duplicate observations that are deleted when using the nodup or nodupkey options in a Proc Sort step?

proc sort data= full_set2 nodupkey out=RESULTS.full_set2;
by targets;
run;

Thanks

Have you tried something like

proc sort data= full_set2 nodupkey out=RESULTS.full_set2
     dupout=results.duplicates
    ;
by targets;
run;

or whatever you may want to name the output for DUPOUT?
