Can we create a hash table to be able to do our joins?

Hello team,

Can we create a hash table to do a join in SAS and then the result would be written to a permanent table?

If yes, how?

The reason I am asking or hash table because If I want to do the join through perm tables, my sas session might take a long time so the session might be killed.
