! Can't open project with SAS Enterprise Miner

Hi!

I am trying to open a project on SAS Enterprise Miner Workstation, but I get an application error (translated from french)

The application could not connect to the server. The process terminated unexpectedly with exit value 2. 

I have never used SAS Enterprise Miner before, so I don't know if it's my laptops problem or the project.

Who did install SAS Enterprise Miner Workstation for you? Did they test if miner workstation was configured correctly after the installation?
Is the person who installed available to assist you?
