CALL ROUTINE

I have a question regarding a "CALL TOXGR" routine. I saw this in a program. I am not able to get any information regarding this in SAS resources. Please help with this function. How does this work. Thanks

I have never seen this routine either. It could be a user-defined routine. Users can define their own routines with proc fcmp and use them almost everywhere a SAS routine can be used.
