Hi:
I believe that book was originally published in 2001 and is out of print and no longer in the catalog. You might try sending mail to saspress@sas.com in order to see whether the old files are still available. Another option is to search on www.lexjansen.com in the archive of user group papers on the topic of debugging. There are quite a few user group papers on the topic.
