Please can someone help to provide some code that would enable me to create a new dataset, 'Test_3', which combines all of the values from my 'Test_1' datatset and my 'Test_2' dataset? The 'Test_1' and 'Test_2' datasets both only have one variable, 'Colour', so it is not possible to merge on something like account ID.

This is not a MERGE but a SET

data want;
     set test_1 test_2;
run;
proc sort data=want;
    by colour;
run;
