I want to develop a Proof of Concept for client based on SAS EBI and SAS VA. Is SAS provide trial version of these products (SAS EBI and SAS VA) or any Sandbox environment ?

A "sand-boxed" environment is available in the SAS UE (University Edition).

But if you need a POC with real data, you best get in touch with your local SAS representative for a test installation with according license.
