You might mention what type of code you are looking for. As a minimum I could see 1) reading data, 2) cleaning data, 3) simple summaries. Other types of analysis would probably exist.

I would suggest contacting the agency involved. I assume this is an Arizona state sponsored activity and may be under the department of health, or if this is for school age children possibly the state education department.
