I have one dataset Have as below

Now I want to append the values of ACCOUNT_ID,CUSTOMER_ID and APPLICATION_ID in another
dataset called as lookup which should have all these values one below other with only one column
Target table show look like as below

I am trying a lot but could not find the solution. Any help is really appreciated
