Align Values in RTF having decimal and minus values

I have data like below

-0.10
0.12
0.13

-11.00
-0.20
479

I want like below as correctly aligned. 

0.10
-0.10
0.12
0.13
11
-11
-0.20
479

Just to note, I really don't advocate coding all in uppercase like that example shows, its just shouting.

Or put it into character and manually align to what you think "correct" should be.
