Accessing Teradata through SAS

I am trying to access Teradata tables using SAS but getting the following error.I can see the tables in Teradata studio so I know I have access ERROR: Teradata connection: MTDP: EM_SSOLOGONFAIL(244): SSO logon failed by gateway. my query- proc sql inobs=10; connect to teradata (server='XX' user=xx@LDAP' password='XX'); create table blah as select * from connection to Teradata (select * from edw_core.city); quit;
