I need to run an ANOVA procedure by team for NBA players’ salaries with means for team and scheffe bon. I'm not quite sure about what this question is asking for. Do I need a proc means step first?

The original data has two variables, one is Tm(team) and the other is salary. My current code is as followed. Thanks in advance!

title "NBA Salary ANOVA by Team";
ods graphics on;
PROC glm DATA=NBA2;
  class Tm salary;
  by Tm;
  Model salary = Tm;
  means Tm / Scheffe;
  means Tm / Bon;
run;
ods graphics off;
title;
