Hi,
I have been using the SAS - On demand - version and I tried to create libname which will access sas data
from the folder in my local C drive, but it is always showing that library does not exist.
libname sasdata "\C:\datasets\sasdata";
Why is it not working. Do I have to sas software for that?
Besides for you pathname starting with a backlash - no, not possible.
If you search the forums with your question you will find discussions like this one: https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Software-for-Learning/Permanent-library-to-my-local-drive-in-SAS-...
