A definite personal information intrusion problem

I've started responding to people by first entering an @ symbol and then typing their screen name.

Interestingly, when I do that and the post shows up, their actual names are revealed.  I logged off, and then accessed the system without logging on, and the names were clearly in the post.

Somehow, I don't think that the system should work that way.

You are correct.  It should not.  I have opened a support ticket with the vendor.
