Viya 4 in Azure to support use of Proxy

Hi,

 Context:  

• Viya implemented in Azure using https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-iac-azure.
• SAS admin team stated that Viya 4 does not support the use or configuration of a proxy.

Request:

  To improve security posture, it will be beneficial for Viya4 to support the use of a proxy to inspect SSL traffic.

Note: Microsoft has a new feature available  (In Preview) for their Azure Kubernetes Services  which will allow to use custom CA. More information here:  Custom certificate authority (CA) in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (preview) - Azure Kubernetes Service | Microsoft Learn|
