Start page - pinned items

Hi!     I'm using SAS EG 8.3.

I have searched  about pinned items display management, but I cant seem to find a way to personnalize the items order. 

Would it be possible to add a function to manage the display order of pinned items on the start page?

If it does already exist, please tell me how!
