Feature request on “Alerts -> Alert Details page”
1. Bank has requested to show SFM System induced Alert Status like ‘PENDING’, ‘CLOSED’ under “Status” column AS IS in Alerts grid inside Alert Detail page.
2. But for Analyst induced Alert Assessments (Call Results) like “SKIP”, “CONFIRMED FRAUD”, etc are required to be shown under a separate column with header “Assessment” between “Status” and “Serviced At” columns in Alerts grid.
3. Bank’s rationale behind this ask is to have proper clarity on last Assessment given by an Analyst before SFM System changed it to “CLOSED”.
