Will case handling be applied to later versions of SAS VIYA? If this has been in place already, what version did it start?
This is also our problem in Viya 3.5. We need to remove SCIM entries with Camel Case UPN in order for lower case UPN to be applied so that users can access. Some other apps in our institution were not affected by UPN change case since theirs is not case sensitive.
