Display Numeric IDs Without Thousands Separators

It would improve usability if numeric identifiers (such as IDs) were displayed without thousands separators (for example, commas), preserving their original format.

We are using Visual Investigator 2025/09, Release: 20251209.1765255106922.

Are these variables stored as character or numeric in the underlying dataset?

I'm not sure this belongs in the Suggestions section. It seems easy for you to change. (And by the way, you don't say how your data set is created, but it may be that whoever created the data set included the commas for some reason. There is really nothing in SAS that forces these numbers to have commas.)

If these are numeric, you can simply change the format to remove the commas. If these are character, you can use the COMPRESS function to get rid of the commas.

Thanks. We found the option to hide the thousands separators.

There is no need for further development of this feature.

From Visual Investigator 2025.09 onwards, administrators have the ability to configure numeric fields to not show the thousand separator.  Details can be found here: Visual Investigator  - Control Thousands Group Separator Visibility. 

I've also included a screenshots below to illustrate where you can find this functionality (the screenshot shows an external entity configuration but it's in the same location for internal entities):
